      Hello from ONeil Gallery

      O’FAQs

Q: Why should you choose ONeil Gallery over the competition?2018-06-07T03:38:24+00:00

Experience: I’ve worked with multiple industries all of my career. I bring a broad base of experience and knowledge to your design project. As my client testimonies say; I am extremely passionate about helping your organization or business succeed and gain a competitive advantage.

Flexibility: My portfolio will show you the wide range of work I have completed over the years. It’s likely that whatever your project is – I’ve done something comparable to it. I’ve also worked with clients who change their vision mid-stream. This is a “non-issue” to me, I’m committed to getting you exactly what you need and will provide a new quote for any changes.

Unlimited concepts and revisions: Changes happen and I will create and recreate as many versions or changes on your design project until you are completely happy. When I see that this could effect our agreed upon cost – I’ll be sure to notify you prior to executing the changes. You’ll see no clip art in my artwork.

Creativity: The advantage of loving what I do, is that I am obsessed with staying current with the latest tools that will allow me to unleash an abundant amount of creativity. Often a client may think they know what they are looking for, and after I show them several other possibilities – they end up with something different that surpasses their expectation.

Competitive Pricing: I am a one-girl-show, with significantly less overhead than bigger design firms. I’ve also built a large base of relationships with vendors that give me amazing pricing and only the best quality – passing the savings on to you.

Technology: I use the latest Windows system and I’m compatible with any software you or your output company may require.

Region: I live in beautiful Portland Oregon, but with technology today – the majority of my clients are out-of-state.

Q: How do I get started with my project?2017-08-10T01:46:17+00:00

A: Step1: Complete my Request for Quote Quick Form to submit your project specifics to me. (I may be in touch with you if I have any questions)

Step2:  After I complete a creative research about your company/product/service and your design tastes and requirements – you will receive a quote from me.

Step3: The design concepts begin! Timelines from here vary based on the project.

Q: Can a small company afford your services?2017-08-10T01:47:16+00:00

A: My niche is small companies, non-profit organizations and individuals. Do you have time to learn all of the latest software and even know what your options are? I can save you the time, effort and frustration and get you whatever you need for an affordable cost.

Q: I have many items to produce, can we arrange for a monthly retainer fee for you to create everything for us?2017-08-10T01:48:35+00:00

A: I have several clients who have retained my services on a longer term basis or for ongoing work. By paying a flat monthly retainer fee (with a 3 month minimum contract term) you can call me your fulltime, in-house design department, handling as many projects as your schedule as we both agreed upon. Depending on your type of projects, this can often be a more economical method compared to getting each item separately.

Q: How much do you charge?2017-08-10T01:50:13+00:00

A: I have two types of billing depending on your project:

         a) Net Price – per-project price, pre-determined at the start of the project or

         b) Hourly Rate – billed according to the type of project and time utilized.

My clients are updated regularly on their project by our time-log and status reports. I offer a FREE, no-obligation quote, to help define the scope and specification of each project. I can work within any budget constraints you may have and do not believe in hidden cost. My policy to be transparent with itemizing all costs prior to the start of any project. Any changes and adjustments are then made and agreed upon by both sides before embarking on any work.

Q: What are your billing policies?2017-08-10T01:51:20+00:00

A: Contracted projects are typically billed in at least two installments for new clients: half payment down and half upon completion of the project. This condition is waived for repeat clients, requiring only one payment upon project completion.

Invoices are submitted via e-mail as a PDF file. Late payments will be charged additional interest fees or penalties.

Q: How can I make payments to you?2017-08-10T01:52:28+00:00

A: I accept and prefer secure online payments using your bank account via PayPal.com. Opening an account is fast, easy, and FREE. I also accept business checks, personal checks, and money orders.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?2017-08-10T01:54:03+00:00

A: Yes, using PayPal.com, you can make payments using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express (excluding American Express Corporate) cards.

Q: Can you take care of my company’s branding?2017-08-10T01:55:08+00:00

A: Absolutely, I will gather all assets regarding your brand and create a Brand Guideline Sheet and I will use. You will also have a copy to share with other vendors that are doing work for you.

Q: What software do you use?2017-08-10T01:56:16+00:00

A: Adobe Creative Suite CC, Corel Draw, Microsoft Suite, Keynote, Google Docs, Sketchbook, Paper53, Bamboo, Squarespace, Shopify, WIX, GoDaddy WebBuilder7, WordPress, Livecode, Prezi, CiclePix, TourFactory, RMLS, several CRMs.

I can also create templates to sync with whatever software you use, so you will have a unique, custom-made and branded background to build your own artwork.

Q: Will we own the rights to a project that you design for us?2017-08-10T01:57:21+00:00

A: Once the agreed upon process is complete and you have paid in full, the copyrights of that final individual project are then transferred to you and you own them. I can deliver all digital files, logons, originals to you. I will continue to own the rights to any creative concepts that you did not chose and reserve the right to use any work I do for promotional purposes.

Q: Do you archive my projects on file?2017-08-10T01:58:22+00:00

After payment in full and I deliver all final project files to you, I will hold a copy of your files for a period of 6 months following your project completion (should you lose or damage your files, or require follow-up work). Unless repeat work is scheduled in the future, after 6 months unforetuneately I will need the space and all files will be deleted.
